




**Job purpose:** The Associate Project Manager supports daily project operations by managing tasks, ensuring quality, and maintaining client communication. **Key accountabilities and decision ownership:** **Task Management:** Accept, run, and submit tasks daily, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client expectations **Project Quality Assurance:** Oversee project quality assurance by coordinating with linguists and promptly addressing feedback to maintain high\-quality deliverables. **Project and Documentation Management:** Create new projects in the project management system (Raspberry) as required. **Manage and close purchase orders (POs)** for each submitted task to ensure proper documentation and billing. **Client Communication:** Respond to client emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication. **Qualifications****:** 2\-5 years of experience in Translation/Localization Project Management Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life cycle to clients. Organizational and leadership skills. Proven abilities in project planning, resource, and risk management. Problem\-solving abilities. Quality and detail\-oriented.
