### **About the Company** A leading Turkish company in the **translation, localization, and interpreting** sector, recognized for delivering high\-quality language services and innovative solutions to global clients across various industries. As a **Business Development Executive**, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the **translation, localization, and interpreting** industry. You will engage with potential clients, understand their language service needs, and deliver tailored solutions that support their global communication goals. This role requires strong B2B sales capabilities, relationship\-building skills, and a proactive approach to market expansion. **Work Location: Egypt (Remote)** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned regions and industries. * Promote the company’s comprehensive language service offerings: **translation, localization, and interpreting**. * Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects. * Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions that meet their business goals. * Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and service execution. * Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. * Maintain organized records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. **J****ob Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Languages, or a related field**.** * Minimum of 1:3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the **translation, localization,** or **interpreting** industry. * Strong understanding of the language services market and client needs across different sectors. * Proven ability to manage the **full sales cycle**, from lead generation to deal closure. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup. * Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
