




Work with us Backoffice We are currently recruiting a new Backoffice in Egypt. Details Currently we are looking for a Backoffice to join our subsidiary in Egypt, Cairo. We are looking for someone willing to start a new project and with experience in export, logistics and purchases. The main functions will be: * Processing customer purchase orders: registration, booking and follow\-up. * Verification and confirmation of documents. * Co\-ordinate with sales staff and customers to ensure correct dispatch of goods (picking of order...). * Process shipping orders and record export orders. * Follow\-up on customer orders to ensure prompt deliveries (follow\-up with local carriers). * Management of incidents (follow\-up with insurance) of deliveries. Who are we looking for? * An understanding of international business. * At least 2 years of experience working in a Back\-office position (purchases, logistics, customer service…). In distribution companies will be a plus. * Good communication skills in English (written and oral). * Organized, enthusiast and proactive.
