It's what moves us forward! **Our Mission:** almentor is on a mission to increase accessibility to affordable quality education for Arabic\-speaking communities**.** **Job Brief:** Reporting to the Head of Products, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product end\-to\-end. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative features and functionalities that cater to our global audience. **Role Objectives:** * **Product Development**: Manage the product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to release planning and success assessment. * **Collaboration**: Work with the Engineering team to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features. * **Release Management**: Own the planning and roll\-out of new features. * **Backlog Management**: Maintain a groomed and prioritized product backlog based on business impact and effort. * **User Advocacy**: Represent the voice of the users, advocating the product vision and direction to all business, UX, and engineering teams. * **Strategy and Vision**: Own product KPIs, strategy, and vision. * **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Encourage cross\-functional team collaboration on shared objectives. * **Impact Analysis**: Lead the impact analysis of new features before and after development phases. * **Iteration Management**: Oversee the development stages from kick\-off sessions to evaluating product progress at each iteration. **Relevant Experience:** * 7\+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a product\-based environment. * Strong communication, presentation, and detail\-orientation skills. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles. * Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross\-functional teams. * Excellent problem\-solving skills. * Self\-motivated with a can\-do attitude. * Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
