Human by nature. **Purpose** Manage implementation of Creation and Application technical strategy and support knowledge sharing among all functions to drive organisation’s effectiveness, according to business goals and within budget. **Core Responsibilities:** * Manages the performance of a (team no more than 4\-6 members) Segment Group, Creation Group and/or Country Technical team to execute the technical objectives to meet or exceed the goals * Act as main technical contact at selected key accounts to develop relationships at the customer to better execute at all levels of project requirements as well as leading customer visits and product presentations at the customer when required * Serve as technical expert and advisor to marketing, sales, flavour creation, application, sensory and customers for multiple applications and creations * Provide direction from the local applications and/or creation standpoint for the development of S\+T strategies * Consistently participate as a local champion for new technologies. * Manages the lab/pilot plant equipment needs within the capital budget to improve the ability to execute technical projects within the Segment Group, Creation Group and/or Country Technical team * Proactively takes responsibility to build a diverse and inclusive environment and leverages differences in styles, thinking and approaches **Professional, Educational and Technical Experience:** * 8\+ years of experience in a food applications lab, flavourist lab, production or related area preferred. * at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related area * Project management skills with a consistent success record to develop a broad set of relationships for all functional areas inside of Givaudan and at several key account * Ability to effectively interface with customers and provide technical solutions for all Issues and to engage the correct technical team at Givaudan * Ability to supervise and manage all levels of the technical team and routinely provide guidance for their knowledge and technical skill development * Ability to prepare and present a broad variety of innovative technical presentations within Givaudan and to customers At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
