* Develop and execute test plans for complete software solutions. * Develop and execute different manual and automated testing to ensure product is up to the standards of quality. * Performs all aspects of verification and validation in all testing phases. * Conducts training sessions on quality control activities. * Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection and testing. * Mentors a peer and reports feedback to the lead or manager. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. * Proven 3\+ years experience in the same field. * ISTQB Software Tester Foundation certified is a plus. * Working knowledge of Java or C\# and their unit testing frameworks. * Good knowledge of relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server. * Good understanding of HTML * Good understanding of Agile methods and techniques * Excellent communication skills. * Background experience in GSM providers, Payments solutions, and/or Software services.
