




Description: The Service Center Manager is responsible for managing machine assembly operations and supervising technical development activities to ensure the production of high\-quality printing machines. Key Responsibilities: \- Plan and supervise machine assembly processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. \- Lead research and development activities to create innovative products that meet customer requirements. \- Develop machines capable of producing high\-quality X\-ray films. \- Test prototypes and analyze results to ensure compliance with quality standards. \- Prepare periodic performance reports for the R\&D team and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. \- Stay updated with the latest technological trends and apply them to development activities. \- Supervise technicians in the assembly department, assign tasks, and follow up on progress. Required Skills: \- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial assembly and R\&D. \- Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering. \- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross\-functional teams. \- Strong knowledge of scientific research and industrial development principles. \- Familiarity with production and quality processes. \- Creative thinking and ability to provide practical solutions to technical problems.
