We are seeking an expert Product Owner to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of requirements and priorities. * Work closely with stakeholders, including Product Manager, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with market needs. * Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and user needs, and translate findings into actionable product features. * Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and address any issues that arise during testing. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus. * 5\+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum. * Proven ability to analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance metrics to drive decision\-making. * Experience with fintech products, digital banking, or investment solutions. * Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user research methodologies.
