Senior Creatio Developer **\*Key Responsibilities\*** * Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Creatio platform, including custom business workflows and user interfaces. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for workflow automation and process optimization. * Build, customize, and optimize modules for work order management, ticketing, and asset management to support business operations * Ensure seamless integration of Creatio with other enterprise systems and databases * Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in software design and architecture. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to ensure high performance and reliability. * Document technical designs, workflows, and customizations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing. \***Required Skills \& Experience\*** * 3\+ years of hands\-on experience with Creatio (Terrasoft) CRM platform, including workflow and UI customization. * Strong proficiency in .NET/C\#, JavaScript, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL). * Demonstrated experience building and optimizing business workflows and process automations. * Expertise in developing custom UI/UX components and integrating with external systems. * Deep understanding of work order management, ticketing, and asset management business processes. * Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and project management skills. **\*Preferred\*** * Experience with high\-load enterprise applications. * Prior work in asset\-intensive industries or service management environments. **\*Education\*** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
