We’re looking for a creative problem\-solver who can work across the full design lifecycle—from conducting user research and usability testing to delivering pixel\-perfect UI designs. In this role, you’ll help us deeply understand our users, translate insights into intuitive experiences, and ensure seamless collaboration with our development team. Key Responsibilities: \- Plan and conduct user interviews, focus groups, and usability tests \- Analyse research findings to uncover user behaviours, needs, and pain points \- Create UX documentation including personas, journey maps, competitive audits, and detailed reports \- Design user flows, wireframes, and high\-fidelity UI using Figma \- Organise design files with reusable components, consistent structure, and developer notes \- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency \- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure brand and functional alignment \- Prepare professional design handoffs that meet performance, accessibility, and brand standards You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Have: \- Experience in UX research and UI/UX design \- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design systems \- Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility best practices \- Ability to translate user insights into clear, user\-friendly designs \- Great communication and collaboration skills Job Type: Contract Contract length: 3 months
