Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Salesforce Senior Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed. **Responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. * Define and drive Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and architecture for enterprise clients. * Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. * Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high quality. * Drive pre\-sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and solutioning. * Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. * Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. **Requirements:** * 12–15\+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8\+ years in Salesforce ecosystem. * Proven experience in managing large\-scale Salesforce programs and teams. * Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations. * Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in Agile delivery methodologies. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with industry\-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud). * Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. * Global delivery experience and working with offshore teams. **Benefits:** * Competitive Salary based on experience * Social and medical insurance * Learning, development and career progression
