Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠SAP Functional Solution Architect for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions to meet business requirements. * Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders. * Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. * Develop solution blueprints, roadmaps, and architecture diagrams. * Evaluate and select appropriate SAP modules and technologies. * Ensure integration and interoperability between different SAP components and other systems. * Provide guidance and direction to functional consultants and developers. * Review and approve functional specifications and technical designs. * Oversee the implementation and testing of SAP solutions. * Manage risks and issues related to SAP architecture. * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends. * Provide thought leadership and best practice recommendations on SAP solutions. * Mentor and coach other team members on SAP architecture and design. * Participate in pre\-sales activities and contribute to proposal development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. * 6\+ years of hands\-on experience in SAP functional consulting and architecture. * Deep understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., ERP, S/4HANA, CRM, SCM). * Strong knowledge of business processes and industry best practices.
