**Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Develop detailed BIM models for electrical systems (power distribution, lighting systems) based on design documents and laser scan data. * Import, process, and model from **point clouds** obtained through **laser scanning** for accurate as\-built conditions and retrofit work. * Update and maintain electrical BIM models in line with design revisions and project requirements. * Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, structural, and other disciplines within a BIM environment. * Adhere to BIM standards, naming conventions, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements. * Generate 2D documentation, schedules, and quantity take\-offs from the BIM models. * Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines. * Work closely with BIM Managers and electrical engineers to ensure compliance and accuracy. **Qualification** ----------------- Education: Bachelor’s degree is a must Experience: 5\+ years of experience Language Requirements: Arabic \& English is a plus
