As an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high\-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes. Key Responsibilities * Engineer high level designs using the best of breed technology to support Honeywell systems, including Virtualisation Architecture, Storage Architecture and Network Architecture. * Have a good understanding of networks, network principles and IT industry processes and procedures including configuration management and change management. * Protect the integrity of the Honeywell implemented software, server and network infrastructure and services. * understanding of architecting and maintaining VLANs, SANs, WANs and LANs. * Provide structured cabling Backbone design suitable for Data Center Network Architectures, in building and Campus. * handling Mega and GIGA projects budgeting and technical analysis. * judge and recommend pros and cons and cost effectiveness of the solution provided. * Interact with other departments such as sales, presales, and procurement to provide a full and complete solution using other Honeywell products. YOU MUST HAVE * 8 \- 10 Years Experience in presales or solution consulting roles * Technical Diploma and/or Tertiary Education / bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or computer science (Essential). • Certification and/or Training in relevant ICT industry technologies such as CCNA (Cisco), MCSA (Microsoft), Aruba, VCP\-DCV, vSAN (VMware), EMC VNX, ITP, Microsoft AD / SQL * Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ computer engineering OR Equivalent * Technical level certifications from leading networking vendors minimum CCNP Level core, switching \& routing, data Center, and cyber security or equivalent in different technology domains, CCIE are strongly recommended * Technical experiences in networking IOT and IT, with hands\-on experiences on switching, routing, wireless calculations, heat mapping, and collaboration solutions. * Technical experience in cyber security scopes, and datacentre security solutions such as firewalls, proxies, VPN, SIEM, and others. * Technical experience is virtualization and storage calculations for IT and IOT environment * Strong influencing leadership, presentation, and technical write\-up skills with strong oral and written communication skills. * Experience in generating RFP, RFI, RFQs as well as responding to them. * Ability to generate BOQ, HLD, LLD and other technical documents for proposals and project life cycle. * Well versed with different vendor equipment and technologies especially in cisco, Aruba, extreme, Nokia, and ruckus, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Dell, and HP. * Capability to understand and analyse complex requirements. * In\-depth understanding of Enterprise Networking products, solutions, and strategy. * Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking market trends and challenges. * Possesses deep understanding of complex technical sales engagements and takes actions accordingly to ensure project success.
