




**Description:** * Drive B2B sales growth in the lighting engineering segment (commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure). * Oversee bid preparation, project quotations, and tender participation, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness * Act as the technical and commercial point of contact for key accounts, managing complex lighting projects end\-to\-end. * Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, electrical contractors, architects, lighting designers, and facility owners. * Ensure all solutions comply with client needs, applicable lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED), and energy efficiency benchmarks. * Collaborate with product, procurement, logistics, and design departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time. * Ensure technical alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related major from a reputable university. * 1 \- 2 years of experience in lighting, electrical, or engineering B2B sales sectors. * Proven expertise in project\-based sales, lighting systems, energy efficiency solutions, control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX), and lighting standards (IES, EN, LEED). * Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite. * Fluency in English is a must. * Excellent communication and decision\-making skills.
