




**Description:** * Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company growth targets. * Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial and infrastructure lighting projects. * Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in sectors like commercial, industrial, and infrastructure. * Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market demand. * Oversee proposal development, bidding processes, and tender submissions. * Negotiate contracts and ensure they meet technical and profitability standards. * Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision\-makers. * Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with technical requirements. * Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow\-ups. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. * Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs, product improvements, and customer requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related major from a reputable university. * 3 \- 5 years of experience in a related field. * Proven expertise in leading sales teams and delivering results in a B2B project\-based environment. * Fluency in English is a must. * Excellent communication, leadership, and decision\-making skills.
