This pivotal role focuses on refining SOC processes, designing SOC activities, and architecting solutions tailored to the unique needs of our diverse clientele across various sectors. As a senior figure, you will lead multiple SOC teams, driving innovation and efficiency in our defense mechanisms. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the design and architecture of SOC\-related activities, optimizing processes and integrating cutting\-edge technologies to bolster our defensive capabilities. * Spearhead initiatives to enhance SOC efficiency and effectiveness, including the development of new strategies, tools, and methodologies for cybersecurity defense. * Conduct in\-depth analyses of current SOC operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices tailored to the specific needs of different sectors. * Oversee and mentor multiple SOC teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among team members. * Collaborate with clients to understand their unique cybersecurity challenges, architecting customized SOC solutions that align with their business objectives and sector\-specific requirements. * Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and advancements, ensuring Cyber Force remains at the forefront of SOC operations and defense strategies. **Qualifications:** * Extensive experience in cybersecurity, specifically in SOC operations, with a proven track record of leading SOC teams and initiatives. * Strong background in SOC architecture and process enhancement, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing efficient cybersecurity solutions. * Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams across various cybersecurity functions. * In\-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats, defense technologies, and sector\-specific challenges. * Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex SOC strategies to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SANS GIAC) are highly desirable.
