We focus on engaging early with our clients and use a consultative approach to deeply understand their brands and design customized solutions to complex challenges. **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **Solution Architect** with a strong background in Digital Transformation, Data Warehouse (DW), and Data Lake technologies. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and high\-performing solutions that support our enterprise data strategy and digital initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead architecture design and solutioning for large\-scale digital transformation projects involving cloud\-based Data Warehouses and Data Lakes. * Define end\-to\-end data architecture frameworks, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption. * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. * Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with business needs. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies. * Document architecture decisions, solution designs, and integration patterns. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud, big data, and analytics. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 8\+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in digital transformation projects. * Strong expertise in Data Warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery). * Strong expertise in Data Lake technologies (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Hadoop ecosystem). * Experience with data integration tools and frameworks (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, Fivetran). * Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance. * Knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy considerations for enterprise data solutions. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with AI/ML platforms and integration. * Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architecture. * Experience with microservices, APIs, and event\-driven architectures. **Education** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ***Application Process*** *If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and supportive work environment, we’d love to hear from you.* *Please note: Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the completion of background and reference checks, including a criminal record check and/or credit check (where applicable).* *We value diversity and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
