Company Overview 2M Plast Group (Mega2M – Fenix) is a leading manufacturer in the PVC and Fire Protection industry, proudly headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced **Quality Manager** to lead the quality control and assurance functions across our operations. This is a strategic, hands\-on role ensuring that every product leaving our factories meets the highest standards of performance and safety. Key Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001\. * Lead internal/external audits, inspections, and risk assessments. * Oversee daily quality control on production lines. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA. * Work closely with production, engineering, and compliance teams to resolve quality issues. * Train and mentor staff on quality standards and safety protocols. * Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards. Qualifications * 7\+ years of experience in **Quality Management / Quality Assurance** (any manufacturing or industrial field). * Strong knowledge of ISO standards, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. * Proven leadership with cross\-functional team management experience. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Excellent communication in both English and Arabic. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. * Prior manufacturing experience is a strong plus. **To Apply:** Send your CV to **ali.fahmy@mega2m.com** Please mention *“Quality Manager”* in the subject line.
