Conduct detailed analysis of current processes in the operations division to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste and Process Gaps. * Develop process maps and flowcharts to document “as\-is” states and design optimized “to\-be” workflows. * Support project Management and planning, including defining objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with departmental goals. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of process improvements. * Collect, clean, and analyze operational data; transform raw data into meaningful insights through dashboards and visualizations. * Build interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support management in monitoring performance and making strategic decisions. * Propose restructuring or reallocation of tasks/resources to maximize efficiency. * Implement performance measurement systems using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting progress, challenges, results, and achieved efficiencies. * Ensure proper documentation of process maps, improvement plans, project outcomes, and data visualizations.
