The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience in service design, working collaboratively with cross\-functional teams to define epics, user stories, and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Tools like Jira and Confluence will be used throughout the process to ensure alignment and documentation. #### **Roles \& Responsibilities:** **Business Analysis Leadership:** * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. * Translate business needs into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Manage project documentation using Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency and alignment. * Obtain customer signatures for requirement approval. **Service Design Implementation:*** service design principles to develop user\-centric solutions. * Conduct user research and map customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities. * Create service blueprints to document current and future state processes. **Agile Collaboration:** * Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication. * Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions. * Clarify requirements and address development team queries throughout the project lifecycle. **User Acceptance Testing (UAT):** * Lead UAT by defining test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. * Coordinate execution of UAT with stakeholders and document outcomes. * Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and user expectations. **Stakeholder Engagement:** * Facilitate workshops to align user needs with business goals. * Present findings and project updates to executive stakeholders. * Mentor junior analysts in best practices for business analysis and service design. #### **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Master’s degree in Business Administration, Service Design, or a related field is a plus. * 5–7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with exposure to service design. * Proficiency in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Hands\-on experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking. * Strong knowledge of UAT processes, including planning, execution, and issue resolution. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (all business documentation will be in Arabic).
