**Job Title: Customer Service Manager** Company: Options Outsourcing Location: Mohandessin, Cairo, Egypt Job Type: Full\-time Net Salary: EGP 28,000 / month \-\-\- **Job Description:** Options Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing customer service teams within the consolidation or debt relief industry. **Responsibilities:** \- Manage and support the customer service team to achieve performance goals. \- Ensure high\-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. \- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently. \- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports. \- Provide coaching and feedback to team members. **Requirements:** \- 3–4 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager. \- English level B2\+/C1 – strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Experience in Consolidation or Debt Relief is preferred. \- Excellent problem\-solving and organizational skills. \- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Work Conditions:** \- Night Shifts: 4 PM – 1 AM \& 6 PM to 3 AM \- Days Off: Thursday \& Friday \- Start Date: ASAP \- Transportation is provided for females after shifts.
