




**Requirements and responsibilities** **French Technical Support Specialist** ======================================= **Education and Experience Requirements** * Bilingual: French and English (speak/write) * Basic experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) * 2\-3 years experience in a customer\-facing technical support role * Ability to simplify technical details to customers. * Familiarity with JSON or XML or Rest API * Familiarity with network troubleshooting. * Familiarity with EDI (preferred) **Key Responsibilities** * Daily Customer Support * Monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving network issues. * Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights to various systems and applications. * Monitoring system performance and responding to system alerts and errors. * Responding to user\-reported issues and providing technical support for network and system\- related problems. * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. * Enforcing IT policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and security standards. * Conducting thorough testing of integrated systems to identify and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise during the integration process. * Other Network \& EDI support tasks
