We connect top talent with leading companies and provide our recruiters with the best tools to succeed. **Role: Recruitment Manager (Remote / Freelance)** We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a remote team of recruiters and ensure high\-quality placements for our call center clients. **Responsibilities** * Manage and support a team of recruiters, including team leaders. * Set hiring targets and ensure monthly goals are achieved. * Monitor KPIs and maintain high standards of recruitment quality. * Build candidate pipelines for multiple languages and accounts. * Report performance to senior management. **Requirements** * Previous experience in call center recruitment or BPO hiring. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * English level B2 or above. * Ability to work independently in a remote/freelance setup. * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Performance\-based: 20% commission from your unit’s revenue. * 100% Remote / Freelance with flexible working hours (approximately 4–5 hours daily). * Unlimited bonus potential and career growth opportunities.
