#### **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data, providing actionable insights, and supporting data\-driven decision\-making across various business functions. You will play a key role in interpreting large datasets, identifying trends, and helping the company develop data strategies to drive business performance. **Data Modeling \& Visualization:** * Design and develop data models to support business decision\-making processes. * Create and maintain visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Incorta, and Informatica. * Implement and enhance data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics. **Advanced Statistical \& Predictive Analysis:** * Apply statistical techniques (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing) and predictive modeling to solve business problems. * Use machine learning algorithms and other advanced analytics techniques to forecast trends and outcomes. **Collaboration with Business Units:** * Work closely with other departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide actionable solutions. * Assist in the creation of business reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for leadership. **Data Governance \& Quality Assurance:** * Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the data used across the organization. * Help maintain data quality standards and troubleshoot any data discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and internal policies. **Mentorship \& Leadership:** * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, assisting in their professional growth. * Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. * Work with the Analytics Section head directly to achieve our goals #### **Personal Skills** * Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment * Ability to multi\-task and context\-switch effectively between different activities and teams * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Very good command of English * Time management skills #### **Technical Skills** * Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools. * Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Informatica, Incorta, etc.). * Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS). * Expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and statistical techniques. * Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration. * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks. * Experience with Synapse Analytics * Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present complex findings to non\-technical stakeholders. * ERP Reporting Knowledge such as Oracle Fusion, Dynamic CRM 365, etc. * Experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Microsoft Fabric, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.) #### **Job Details** Job Location Cairo, Egypt Company Industry Integration Company Type Employer (Private Sector) Job Role Engineering Employment Type Employee Job Division CDO #### **Preferred Candidate** Career Level Mid Career Years of Experience Min: 3 Max: 6 Degree High school or equivalent
