**Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AVIT \& Security Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced audio\-visual integration technology (AVIT) systems while ensuring robust security measures across our organization's IT infrastructure. * Design and implement large\-scale AVIT systems that meet organizational needs and industry standards * Develop and maintain IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems * Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities * Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to integrate AVIT solutions with existing IT infrastructure * Troubleshoot complex AVIT and security issues, providing timely resolutions * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest trends and technologies in AVIT and IT security * Develop and maintain documentation for AVIT systems and security procedures * Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in AVIT and IT security * Manage and oversee AVIT and security projects from conception to completion **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 5\+ years of experience in AVIT and security engineering * Proven expertise in designing and implementing large\-scale AV systems * Strong knowledge of IT security systems, network security protocols, and cybersecurity best practices * Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security\+, or CCNA * Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing IT security projects * Proficiency in troubleshooting complex AVIT and security issues * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Detail\-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency and organization * Experience working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment * Willingness to stay current with emerging trends in AVIT and IT security
