* Improve and upgrade IT environment for the user for more efficient performance. * Troubleshoot and provide first support for network problems. * Configure and install network printers and troubleshoot their problems. * Install new software and upgrade PC hardware when needed. * Troubleshoot and handle hardware, software and PC's problems. * Know the problem that related to software or hardware and troubleshoot to solve it for any user and create the IT environment for the user just joining the company. **Requirements** * \+5 Years of Experience in IT Helpdesk * Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent * CCNA preferred Experience * Microsoft \\ VMware \\ Red hat certificates * CompTIA A\+ Certification * CompTIA Network\+ (N\+) Certification
