




Tagaddod is seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT support team. In this role, you will provide first\-level technical support to our staff and address IT\-related issues efficiently. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all computer systems operate smoothly and that employees receive timely and effective assistance. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem\-solving will be essential in maintaining a productive workplace. ### **Responsibilities** * + Respond to user\-reported issues via email, phone, or ticketing system. + Provide basic troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. + Support user accounts and access management (e.g., password resets, profile setup). + Assist with setup and configuration of devices for new employees. + Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in the support system. + Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier II support when necessary. + Track and update IT inventory when assigning or receiving devices. **Requirements** * + Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. + 0\-2 years of hands\-on experience in a helpdesk or technical support role. + Good understanding of Windows. + Basic knowledge of networking (Wi\-Fi, LAN, IP addressing). + Strong communication skills and a problem\-solving mindset. + Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365\. * Familiarity with a ticketing system (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira, or Zendesk). * Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast\-paced environment.
