IT Specialist is mainly responsible for reviewing diagnostics and assessing the functionality and efficiency of systems. * Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, networking equipment, and network operating systems. * Rolling out new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventative measures on existing equipment. * Configuration of authentication, authorization, and directory services. * Maintenance of network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, etc. * Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords * Resolve problems reported by end\-user * Handle user and asset management by managing users, roles, and permissions and keeping the inventory of hardware, software, and applications. **Requirements** * + From 0 to 2 years’ Experience as an IT specialist. + Strong technical understanding of hardware and software. + Ability to improve processes and automate them. + Documentation and reporting skills. + Multiple tasking. + Excellent IT, communication and management skills. + Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
