***Scope:*** The Sales Execution Audits Executive monitors, audits \& back\-checks key sales checkpoint, such as Perfect Execution, Commercial KPls, Commercial Assets, Competition...etc. to eventually convey the outside\-in view of the sales organization and the market status on regular basis, in order to ensure a full governance cycle that is in line with sales vision and ambition ***Functional Responsibilities*** * Back\-check and audit SEM visits on weekly basis, with a minimum of a 15% of the total weekly visits. * Back\-check visits nationwide on a monthly basis to cover 5 regions (Alex, Delta, Sharm, Hurghada and Upper Egypt) all over the year * Reporting audit details regarding on\-shelf availability, out of stocks, prices compliance, new product displays, competitor products and customer feedback. * Prepare the weekly reports, which shows the improvement area in outlet execution. * Communicate any correction needed to Account Managers to update the SEM. * Monitor standard and ad\-hoc sales KPls and initiatives. * Monitor the company's commercial assets that are distributed out in the market and report any misuse or abuse in order to take corrective actions. * Monitor and report Competitor products and customer feedbacks. * Perform any anonymous field data collection as requested from Sales management. * Support in the Trade Census back check cycle **Leadership Responsibilities** * Ensure that Sales team correct all data on the SEM in order to maintain proper customer information \# of Hires Needed 1 Hiring Manager Sherif Samy Tawfik Habib, Mina Job Requirements **Education, Certifications and Licenses:** * Business Graduate * Good spoken and written English language **Knowledge and Experience:** * 2\+ years of experience in Sales * Previous field work experience * CRM knowledge **Skills and Abilities:** * Specific skills required to perform this job * Example: Advanced knowledge of MS Desktop Publisher / Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously **Personal Qualities:** * High Analytical Skills
