We are looking for an Art Director with a passion for luxury brands and a deep understanding of visual storytelling across video, photography, and design. You are a detail\-oriented problem\-solver with a creative mindset. You thrive in a fast\-paced working environment and can seamlessly switch between conceptual thinking and hands\-on execution. You will shape the visual direction of integrated campaigns for our international client portfolio, including Luxury Travel, Cosmetics, Aviation, and Real Estate. In this role, you will lead the creative vision from concept to final production—developing treatments, defining the visual language for both static and motion content, co\-directing shoots, and ensuring all output aligns with the brand's aesthetic and objectives. You will manage and mentor junior designers while collaborating closely with photographers, videographers, and the production team. Responsibilities * Develop innovative visual concepts and campaign treatments that push creative boundaries, particularly for video and photography. * Define the entire visual direction for multi\-channel campaigns across digital, social, and print platforms. * Co\-direct and oversee photoshoots and video productions to ensure the creative vision is executed to the highest standards. * Determine how best to visually represent a brand or campaign idea through photography, videography, and design. * Select or oversee the selection of images, art, and other design elements to convey the desired message. * Collaborate with creative strategists, content producers, and marketing teams to ensure visual coherence and alignment with brand strategy. * Manage graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals. * Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, video edits, and graphics developed by the creative team. * Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional creative work. * Develop production timelines and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets. **Requirements** * 4 to 5 years of experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across photography, video, and integrated campaigns. * Experience in leading and co\-directing photo and video productions. * Deep understanding of visual composition, lighting, color theory, and typography. * Proficient in design software and comfortable working across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). * Strong creative, organizational, problem\-solving, and time\-management skills. * Ability to combine various design elements to create visually striking content that resonates with luxury audiences. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. * Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Ability to inspire, mentor, and oversee junior team members. * Receptive to feedback with a collaborative attitude. * Passion for storytelling through both still and moving images. **Benefits** We are eager to recruit the most talented experts in the game.
