Design Manager

Description

Job Description * Conceptually develops the interior spaces addressing planning, three\-dimensional concept development, interior evaluations, details, ceiling/lighting and finishes. * Independently evaluates, selects materials, consults with vendors, and informs project specifications. * Coordinates with various vendors and contractors throughout the design process to achieve finished products. * Guides the project execution through all phases of design while actively collaborating with technical leadership. * Develops full set of construction plans (plans, elevations, schedules, etc.). * Meets multiple tight deadlines while working on various projects concurrently. * Conducts site surveys and job site inspections. * Produces high quality drawings in conformance with project time, budget and quality parameters. * Manages vendors and library. **Requirements** **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering. * P.M.P. is a plus. * \+10 years of experience in design field. * Excellent command of Arabic \& English Languages. * Strong Collaboration, interpersonal and influencing skills. **Job Reference:**DM 01
