This role is essential for driving our recruitment strategies to attract the brightest minds in technology. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various technical roles. You will work closely with department heads to gain an in\-depth understanding of their hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process that prioritizes candidate experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. * Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online platforms, networking, and referrals. * Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, experience, and alignment with company culture. * Facilitate the entire recruitment process from job posting to final offer negotiations. * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs while ensuring an engaging candidate experience. * Assist in developing compelling job descriptions and defining candidate profiles. * Stay informed about industry trends to adapt and innovate recruitment practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * A minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience in a high\-tech or software environment. * Proficient knowledge of a wide array of technology roles and skills. * Experience with various sourcing strategies and tools, including social media and job boards. * Exceptional communication and relationship\-building skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. * Understanding of tech industry trends and candidate markets. * Proven success in filling technical positions with qualified talent. * Relevant recruiting certifications are a plus, but not required.
