We’re searching for a **Senior Business Development Executive** with a proven record of winning business in the media, marketing, or digital agency world. Someone who understands what it takes to earn a seat at the table — and keep it. This isn’t a behind\-the\-scenes role. You’ll be representing PM Digital in boardrooms, on calls, and occasionally across borders. Whether you’re pitching to a startup founder or a regional brand director, you’ll bring clarity, confidence, and solutions to the conversation. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategies to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across the MENA region. * Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified leads by actively prospecting and networking. * Build long\-term relationships with prospective and current clients, positioning PM Digital as a strategic partner. * Create tailored proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that effectively communicate our value and solutions. * Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, and production) to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to stay ahead of the curve. * Represent PM Digital at meetings, presentations, and industry events when necessary. **Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of business development experience in a **media, advertising, or digital marketing agency** is a must. * Proven ability to independently close deals and consistently bring in new clients. * Deep understanding of agency services including strategy, creative, media, and performance marketing. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Existing network of potential clients or industry contacts is a strong advantage. * Willingness to travel for meetings and business opportunities as needed. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. **What We Offer** * A collaborative and creative environment in one of MENA’s growing digital agencies. * Opportunities to work with regional brands and high\-impact campaigns. * Clear path for growth and recognition based on performance. * Competitive salary package aligned with experience and results.
