SWATX is looking for an Oracle IAM Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's identity and access management solutions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the security and compliance of the organization's IT infrastructure and applications. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) solutions. * Configure and manage user provisioning, role management, access policies, and single sign\-on (SSO) solutions. * Integrate OIM and OAM with other enterprise applications, databases, and systems. * Develop and maintain custom integrations and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Java, Groovy, Python). * Troubleshoot and resolve IAM\-related issues. * Participate in security audits and compliance reviews. * Stay current on the latest IAM technologies and best practices. * Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams. * Assist in the development and implementation of IAM policies and procedures. * Document all IAM configurations and procedures. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM). * Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services. * Experience with integrating IAM solutions with other enterprise applications. * Proficiency in scripting languages like Java, Groovy, or Python. * Knowledge of security protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. * Experience with cloud\-based IAM solutions (e.g., Oracle Identity Cloud Service) is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Certifications:** * Oracle Identity Management Certified Implementation Specialist * Oracle Access Manager Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
