If you have a passion for Salesforce technologies and a commitment to delivering high\-quality solutions, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on best practices and business requirements. * Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. * Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications as needed. * Perform data modeling, data migration, and data quality management. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. * Monitor and enhance system performance and user experience on the Salesforce platform. * Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure effective and up\-to\-date solutions. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. * Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. * Experience with Salesforce integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions. * Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and database management. * Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. * Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Advanced Developer) are a plus. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. **Benefits** * + Residency in the UAE + USD\-based payment + Hybrid working model based in Maadi + ESOP shares (Employee Stock Option Plan) + An amazing, supportive, and friendly team
