**Job Description:** * Responsible for development and enhancement of Quality Management System processes/procedures and checklists. * Monitor and review the execution of different projects quality processes and procedures according to quality gates. * Collect, monitor and review different organization data \& KPIs. * Responsible for development of dashboards for data and KPIs visualization. * Follow up and control the progress/work flow of eJad 's quality activities including analysis, reviews and approvals. * Participate in the quality management system reviews, internal and external audits. * Ensure successful project deliveries and releases to the customers. * Participate in enhancement of the Information Security Management system. **Duration:** * Permanent Full Time. **Benefits:** * Competitive salaries in USD. * Transportation allowance. * Health care program. * Variable incentive payment based on individual and overall company performance * Technical/soft skills training as part of individual professional development goals. **Job Qualifications:** * B.Sc. in Communication, Electronics, Computer or any relevant Engineering degree. * 3 to 6 years of experience in the software development domain. * Proven practical experience in software development and testing is **Mandatory**. * Good experience in scripting language is **Mandatory**. * Knowledge of dash board development frameworks is a plus (e.g. Microsoft Power BI). * Knowledge of different software development life cycles (V\-Cycle, Agile, Scrum) is a plus. * Knowledge of different quality and information security standards like (ISO\-9001, ISO\-27001, ISO\-26262, A\-SPICE) is a plus. * Strong written/communication skills with a quantitative analysis oriented mindset. * Fluent in English, Self\-Motivated and Team Player. * Willing to work in a challenging dynamic environment.
