Join the team of a leading FMCG producer and distributor, known for its high\-quality, innovative products. We are looking for a dynamic **Senior** **Brand Manager** to drive brand growth, innovation, and market leadership in the FMCG sector. The **Senior** **Brand Manager** will own the strategic direction of the brand/category and lead the development of integrated marketing plans, product innovations, and performance tracking to deliver business growth and consumer value. Job Location: **Giza or Alexandria**. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Define and lead brand/category strategy in line with overall business goals. * Supervise all brand activities and ensure alignment with long\-term positioning and short\-term objectives. * Conduct deep market analysis, identify opportunities and threats, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. * Lead cross\-functional teams in developing and launching new products and product improvements. * Collaborate with R\&D, insights, trade marketing, and supply chain to deliver innovation on time and within budget. * Oversee consumer campaigns, media planning, digital strategy, and shopper marketing programs. * Evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI through rigorous post\-evaluation of brand activities. * Drive and monitor brand equity, consumer engagement, and profitability metrics. * Lead and mentor junior brand team members and support talent development within the marketing function. * Ensure timely and clear communication of brand vision, positioning, and plans across all departments and external partners. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience** ------------------------------------- **We are Looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; **MBA preferred**. * **7 to 10** years of progressive experience in FMCG marketing roles, with at least **2** years in a senior brand management capacity. * Proven track record in driving brand growth and innovation. * Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities. * Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Nielsen or similar tools is a plus.
