Address and resolve sales\-related inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner, facilitating seamless communication between underwriting, sales teams, and clients. Maintain a structured and auditable filing system for all policy documents to ensure quick retrieval, regulatory compliance, and support for internal and external audits. Accurately input and update policy records, endorsements, and transactions in the system to maintain data integrity and support operational efficiency. Monitor applications and endorsements for potentially fraudulent activity, escalating suspicious cases to the appropriate teams for further investigation. Coordinate with underwriting, sales, claims, and IT teams to resolve complex policy\-related issues and enhance service delivery. **Required Qualifications:** 0 – 2 years of experience in the insurance field.
