**Job Overview** The Branch Manager at NARA is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store in Egypt, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment. This role involves leading a team of retail sales associates, managing inventory, and promoting the brand’s commitment to high\-quality, sustainable children’s clothing rooted in Syrian heritage. **Key Responsibilities** * **Store Operations**: * Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to NARA merchandising standards. * **Team Leadership**: * Recruit, train, and supervise retail sales associates, fostering a motivated and customer\-focused team. * Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team performance. * **Sales \& Customer Service**: * Drive sales by setting and achieving store targets, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. * Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. * **Inventory Management**: * Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies to minimize loss. * Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. * **Brand Representation**: * Embody and promote NARA values of quality, creativity, and sustainability in all interactions. * Educate customers and staff about the brand’s Syrian heritage and eco\-friendly practices. * **Financial Management**: * Monitor and manage store budgets, sales reports, and expense controls to maximize profitability. * Prepare and analyze sales performance reports to identify opportunities for growth. * **Marketing \& Promotions**: * Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in\-store promotions, events, and campaigns to boost foot traffic and sales. * Leverage social media and local community engagement to enhance brand visibility. * **Compliance \& Safety**: * Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health, and safety regulations in the store. * Conduct regular safety checks and staff training to maintain a secure working environment. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 3\-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or children’s apparel. * Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team. * Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and inventory management. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in point\-of\-sale systems and basic financial reporting tools. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is highly desirable. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team\-building skills to inspire and guide staff. * Customer\-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Analytical skills to drive sales and manage store performance. * Enthusiasm for NARA mission and commitment to children’s fashion. **Working Conditions** * Primarily based in a retail store environment in Mansoura, requiring standing and walking for extended periods. * May involve lifting inventory boxes and setting up displays. * Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping seasons. **Why Join NARA?** * As a Branch Manager at NARA in Nozha, you will lead a team dedicated to showcasing a proud Syrian brand’s stylish, comfortable, and sustainable children’s clothing.
