We’re seeking a **Fullstack Developer** who doesn’t just code, but *vibes with AI*. If you’ve used tools like **Cursor** or **Claude Code**, or custom LLM setups to build full applications, automate complex workflows, and accelerate software delivery, we want to meet you. This role is for builders who know how to **get things done with AI**, to ship smarter, faster, and better software. ### **Responsibilities** * Use AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to build a fully functional application on both backend and front end. * Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and Fastify. * Rapidly prototype and launch AI\-powered features. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define user experiences enhanced by AI. * Write clean, production\-ready code that works seamlessly with AI\-generated components, and yet understands the responsibility of reviewing and owning the code that is generated by AI models. * Participate in code reviews (both human and AI\-assisted) and promote quality standards. * Maintain and evolve backend services and REST APIs; implement caching, versioning, and scalability patterns. * Contribute to SRE practices, observability, and CI/CD automation. * Work closely with data engineering to access, transform, and use data for model prompts or fine\-tuning. * Deploy and manage apps on **DigitalOcean**, **AWS**, or similar platforms. * If you are interested in this position, please answer the last question in the application form with the keyword “bear” * You’ve built production applications using **AI\-assisted development environments**. * You think in workflows and prompts, not just functions and syntax. * Proven experience with **Node.js**, **Fastify**, and **React**. * Hands\-on with tools like **Cursor**, **Claude Code**, **Copilot**, or similar AI coding platforms. * Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and frontend engineering. * Comfortable deploying cloud applications and working with CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching layers (e.g. Redis), and testing best practices. * Experience with Python or NestJS is a plus. * The ability to let AI do the heavy lifting while you guide the architecture and logic. #### **What We Offer** We believe in building great software and better humans.
