**Civil Work Principle Engineer.Network Management** **\-** **(****250000QJ****)****Description** **Job Purpose** To handle and control the civil infrastructure technically and the commercially of both the access and core networks to maintain the capacity, value and safety of the networks civil infrastructures’ assets, and to allow network upgrading and expansion via proper preventive and corrective actions. **Report To Position Name** • Handling expansion requests from civil POV. • Provide civil solutions to enhance the structure capacity to carry the planning requirements. (RF \& Transmission) and B2B accounts for delivery within SLA, Rollout team for new sites far end selection, Sharing Requests from other operators. • Verify on field maintenance civil problems, provide proper solution to keep network availability to enhance the civil health index. • Update the civil structure database according to the structures safety index and availability for expansion, to enrich the white list for rapidly expansion execution. • Monitor monthly civil maintenance PM an CM plan for Etisalat network structure according strategy Tier \& network management Tier to enhance the lifetime of our network structures, and control the civil preventive and corrective maintenance visits and reports control. • Monitoring civil unit budget for contractors \& consultancy services. • Evaluate consultant performance and advise on their market share distribution. • Responsible to prepare the back office closure report \& KPI index every month. • Enhance civil infrastructures’ safety parameters of network access, core and datacenter sites. • Propose innovative and efficient solutions for access \& core network sites expansions. • Upgrading the civil infrastructure standards and specifications to pursue efficiently and effectively to adhere the new technologies. • Improving the civil infrastructure assets performance, in compatible with the existed designs. • Audit consultants’ reports technically and commercially. **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL** • Bachelor Degree in Engineering. • Fluency in both spoken \& written English \& Arabic languages. • Critical problem solving skills • Strong time management skills. **QUALIFICATIONS\_DESIRABLE** N/A **EXPERIENCE\_ESSENTIAL** • Excellent use in Microsoft office. • Minimum 5 years of experience • Telecom background • Civil Background • Commercial Control Knowledge • Quality control Knowledge **EXPERIENCE\_DESIRABLE** N/A **CERTIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL** N/A **Job****:** Principal Engineer**Organization****:** Etisalat\-Misr**Job Posting****:** 06/Apr/2025, 9:50:43 AM
