Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented **Senior Product Owner** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well\-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the end\-to\-end delivery cycle of AI products from idea validation through launch and adoption, such as owning \& maintaining product backlog, writing user stories, working with Data Science \& Engineering teams, monitoring progress \& validating results * Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate them into actionable product features, * The candidate will be the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment. He will be responsible for communicating priorities \& delivery timelines, training stakeholders \& End users on new products, driving adoption, and collecting feedback to ensure continuous improvement * Define clear KPIs for measuring product performance and adoption * Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or any related field. * 5\-7 years of experience in product management or product owner, with 1\+ years focused on AI or data products. * Strong track record of delivering products from concept to launch with measurable business outcomes. * Hands\-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Experience working closely with data science and engineering teams and strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts and workflows; technical background is a plus.
