A specialized engineering office in architectural and interior design located in 6th of October City announces its need for: An Architectural or Interior Designer (Decorator) to work full-time as part of a creative team in a professional environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing preliminary and executive architectural and interior designs for residential and commercial projects. Performing architectural visualization (3D Visualization) using design software. Preparing detailed and execution working drawings. Preparing quantity take-off schedules and project summaries. Coordinating with the design team and site teams according to each project's requirements. Technical Skills and Requirements: Advanced proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD – 3ds Max – Revit – SketchUp – Photoshop – Lumion. Ability to present creative design ideas. Accuracy in preparing execution and detailed drawings. Skill in preparing technical documents, reports, and summaries. Commitment to deadlines and ability to work within a team.
