A Saudi-Egyptian company operating in the field of designing and producing custom-made cabinets and decorative furniture for homes Requires: An engineer to work as: Remote Design and Manufacturing Supervisor (based at the company's premises in Mansoura) responsible for: Receiving plans and designs from sales, design, and manufacturing departments and verifying their accuracy. Creating installation plans and providing remote guidance to technicians to ensure fast and efficient work execution. Monitoring and evaluating their performance remotely by reviewing recorded work footage. Analyzing work performance and identifying weak points. Developing improved work procedures. Reducing installation costs and enhancing performance efficiency. Improving the factory's operational efficiency. Enhancing worker performance levels. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing furniture and cabinet factories and supervising installations. Full-time availability. Prior experience in remote work monitoring. Proficiency in computer use and modern technologies for production tracking and remote supervision of staff and workers. Fluency in English. Skills in developing employee performance and improving their efficiency. Benefits: Salary of 20,000 EGP. Work location at the company's premises in Mansoura, Court Complex. After several months of probation, the candidate may be transferred to manage the factory in Riyadh with a suitable salary.
