We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid track record of creating value and growing the customer base for similar organizations. Business development executives would also retain existing clients and encourage them to purchase new or added products. With our clientele in Manufacturing, Precast \- Concrete, Distribution, Oil \& Gas, Healthcare, Real Estate, Construction, Contracting, and Retail we ensure our industry\-specific solutions are harmonized to sync in with the unique requirements of our clients. ### **Requirements** **Responsibilities:** * Actively coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with target roles within client organizations, leveraging your networking skills and industry knowledge to facilitate meaningful engagements. * Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and techniques. * Generate sales of our ERP Software to targeted clients within multiple industries through comprehensive market research and tailored approaches. * Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Manager to maintain a continuous pipeline of viable opportunities that will ultimately generate sales, utilizing a mix of prospecting methods. * Develop a deep understanding of clients and the industry sectors they operate in over time, allowing for more meaningful interactions and personalized solutions. * Cultivate and nurture client relationships with C\-level executives within new key accounts, fostering trust and positioning our ERP Software as a valuable solution. * Initiate outbound prospecting calls, craft compelling emails, and engage with C\-level executives via LinkedIn, demonstrating effective communication skills and market expertise. * Maintain meticulous documentation of all client activities and communications in our company CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for tracking progress and follow\-ups. * Participate actively in all aspects of the sales process, from initial qualification activities to conducting client meetings, showcasing a holistic approach to selling our ERP Software. * Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their key requirements, strategic direction, and unique pain points, and provide customized solutions that address their specific needs. * Proactively engage in business development activities, creating detailed relationship mapping for each organization with the goal of establishing deeper and broader client engagements. * Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work in different time\-zone shifts, catering to the diverse regions of MENA, UK, and North America, to ensure optimal client coverage and accessibility. **Qualifications:** * Minimum of 2\+ years working in a related sales environment selling software, with a great track record of success in new business development \& relationship management * Strong CRM discipline, the ability to accurately maintain a solid pipeline. * Ability to meet and exceed given targets. * Previous experience in gathering business\-relevant information and generating client interest from cold\-calling/telesales, emails, and LinkedIn approaches. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment * Expertise in lead generation, through sources that will be provided. * Previous experience in outbound, fact\-finding, and introductory business\-to\-business (B2B) calls as well as effectively communicating with clients and prospective clients via email. * A degree level education or higher. * Prior professional sales training is desirable. * An American accent is preferred. ### **Benefits** * Work with some of the smartest people in one of the fastest\-growing industries in the world. * Unmatched Sales Incentives, Salaries Plus Bonuses, with the opportunity for International exposure and Career growth. * Medical, Social Insurance, and transportation allowances are provided. * Flexible hours and a good productive workplace. * Opportunity to Travel Internationally. **Required points to be sent with your CV:** * Number of years of experience in software business development. * Current salary * Expected salary. * Notice period. * English level. * Flexibility to work at the night shifts.
