We are seeking a talented **UX Designer** with a passion for creating user\-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining Design Systems, proficiency in UX tools like Figma. * **Design Systems:** Build, maintain, and apply Design Systems across various digital products to ensure consistency and usability. * **User\-Centered Design:** Utilize user\-centered design methods, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in agile, cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on designs. * **Usability Testing:** Conduct usability tests and user research to gather feedback, analyze results, and refine designs based on user insights. * **Documentation:** Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to support development teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience with Design Systems—building, maintaining, and applying them across digital products. * 3 to 5 years of proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma) and user\-centered design methods. * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in agile, cross\-functional teams. * Previous experience with DGA Platform Code is a plus. * Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). * Strong understanding of user\-centered design principles and methodologies. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
