Discover more about our vibrant culture on our careers page. **Job Description** * Customer Care Representative to handle requests from Canadian and American customers via email, calls, and chat. * Utilizing appropriate questions to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, investigate every issue, and offer solutions. * Building rapport to foster lasting relationships and actively engage customers by going the extra mile. * Regularly participating in educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance. * Achieving personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner. * Resolve issues by actively listening, troubleshooting, and providing accurate information. * Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. * Document customer interactions and update records in company systems. * Meet service level expectations such as response times and call handling. * Respect data confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures. * Identify opportunities to cross\-sell or upsell relevant products and services. * Share feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience. **Requirements** * Fluency in English at a B2 level is required. * **Fluency in French is a major plus.** * Previous customer service experience of 1\-3 years, especially with companies like Vodafone and Teleperformance, is highly valued. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Team\-oriented, with a collaborative approach. * Experience with customer service tools and systems (or willingness to learn). * Knowledge of company products/services (or strong ability to learn quickly). * Commitment to delivering high\-quality, customer\-focused service. **Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, a collaborative and supportive work environment, and opportunities for skill growth and continuous learning.
