If you're ready to code, build a team with limited resources, and bend the world to your view, we want to hear from you. **Key VP of Engineering Responsibilities:** * Lead and mentor engineering team * Define technical vision and roadmap * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams * Oversee software development lifecycle Ensure high code quality and scalability * Manage engineering processes and workflows * Recruit and retain top engineering talent * Foster diverse and inclusive team culture * Maintain effective communication channels * Stay informed about industry trends * Drive technical excellence and innovation **Qualifications:** * Fluency in Maghrebi\-Arabic * 15 years of experience implementing Avaya and/or Cisco call\-center technologies as both a player and coach * Preferred cybersecurity certifications with hands\-on experience * Experience with IP\-SIP, with a minimum requirement of experience with PSTN PBX's * Proficiency in hiring and managing consultants, sales engineers, and sales support engineers * Experience configuring IVR's, ACD's, MiBs, and integrating 3rd party applications * Hands\-on experience with integrating 1Gbps, 10Gbps, 100/200Gbps ethernet with SONET * Previous experience with Teleperformance, TDCX, and Concentrix is highly desirable * Willingness to travel 15\-20% of the time * Results driven with proven track record * Minimum 10yrs of software development, system architecture and scalability, data engineering, cybersecurity and data privacy, and product management * Capacity to work extended hours in a high\-intensity startup environment * Proven strategic thinking and problem\-solving * API integration * Cloud computing * Ability to navigate databases * Strong familiarity with UX and UI design principles * Keen understanding of cybersecurity best practices and threat detection Cloud platform infrastructures (AWS, Azure, etc.)
