**Job Description:** We are seeking a hands\-on **SAP BTP Workflow Developer** to support a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on designing, developing, and managing workflows on the **SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)**, leveraging **SAP Workflow Management**, **Fiori**, and **Cloud Integration Services** to automate business processes across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP BTP workflow development and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance process efficiency and reduce manual effort. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and deploy SAP BTP workflows using **SAP Workflow Management**, **Cloud Workflow**, and **Fiori\-driven approval processes**. * Implement process automation, custom business rules, and integration scenarios between **SAP S/4HANA** and cloud applications. * Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient workflow solutions that improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort. * Develop and maintain integration flows, event triggers, and workflow extensions in BTP, ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP modules. * Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of workflows, ensuring compliance with SAP cloud best practices. * Troubleshoot workflow errors, optimize performance, and provide technical guidance on workflow design and process orchestration. * Maintain documentation, process models, and workflow monitoring dashboards for ongoing governance and audit readiness. * Participate in design workshops, sprint planning, and daily stand\-ups, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholders. * Ensure workflows adhere to security, compliance, and SAP governance standards. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * **Experience:** * 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in **SAP BTP Workflow Management** and **Cloud Workflow** development. * Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows for **Finance**, **SCM**, and **HCM** modules. * Strong understanding of **SAP S/4HANA** integration and cloud application connectivity. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **SAP Workflow Management**, **SAP Fiori**, and **Cloud Integration Services**. * Experience with process automation, custom business rules, and event\-driven workflows. * Familiarity with SAP BTP tools, including **SAP Business Application Studio**, **SAP Integration Suite**, and **SAP API Management**. * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills for workflows. * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow issues. * Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders. * A proactive and detail\-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high\-quality outcomes. * Ability to work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and design workshops. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **workflow monitoring dashboards** and governance processes. * Knowledge of SAP security and compliance standards for workflows. * Familiarity with **SAP Business Rules Framework (BRF\+).**
